The 1200 calorie diet has become popular with people with all sorts of dietary needs. It is a simple diet, involving moderating your food intake by monitoring you caloric intake. Before you begin this diet, however, you should determine if it is right for you.
The calorie is the basic unit of measurement of energy derived from food. Each calorie represents one unit of energy.
