Man is often lazy. Despite the apparent widespread insanity of healthy nutrition, still most of us eat on the move. But there is an array of products that are also convenient for fast lunch while extremely important for our health.
Apples
- useful on all sides. The apples are known to contain more vitamin C than oranges, not to mention antioxidants, which helps the body retain their youth.
Tip : eat couple of cloves in a lunch or add to salads.
Carrots
are rich in beta-carotene, which turns into vitamin A in our body. Carrots, it is useful to eyes, reduces the risk of cancer, especially skin cancer.
Tip : Carrots better eaten raw. After cooked, with many useful properties are lost.
Tomato
- they contain large quantities lutein (benefit for eyes) and lycopin (antioxidant, helps to prevent cancer).
Tip : eat more tomatoes per day.
Onions
- helps in low pressure treatment and contains flavonides, which prevent formation of cancerous cells.
